Show child that each item on the shopping list has a price. (This price is written next to the item in it’s corresponding bead stair color). Make two bead stairs either with paper beads or the real beads if you have them. Child gets each bead bar that they need according to their list, and they connect them in a “snake” (much like The Snake Game). They then continuously count to find the answer. I put the answer on a sticker on the back of each shopping list so a child can check their work. Comes with 8 shopping lists and a printable bead set incase you don’t have them!
